The <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mtholyoke.edu\/~aarango\/Arango_Lab\/\" target=\"_blank\">Arango Lab<\/a> investigates solar cells that aim to be both highly efficient and less expensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dmse.mit.edu\/faculty\/rafael-jaramillo\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dmse.mit.edu\/faculty\/rafael-jaramillo\/\"><strong>Rafael Jaramillo<\/strong><\/a> is an Assistant Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at <a href=\"https:\/\/dmse.mit.edu\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dmse.mit.edu\/\">Massachusetts Institute of Technology<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/jaramillo.mit.edu\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/jaramillo.mit.edu\/\">The Jaramillo Research Group<\/a>\u2019s projects address materials synthesis and properties, with an emphasis on making materials and demonstrating functionalities that are useful for microelectronics, integrated photonics, telecommunications, and photovoltaics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dmse.mit.edu\/faculty\/frances-ross\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dmse.mit.edu\/faculty\/frances-ross\/\"><strong>Frances Ross<\/strong><\/a> is a Professor in Materials Science and Engineering at <a href=\"https:\/\/dmse.mit.edu\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/dmse.mit.edu\/\">Massachussets Institute of Technology<\/a>.
