Things we (Autosave) need to know:
– Contact (name, email, phone number) – What org you represent, if any – What/When/Where the event is – What games and/or consoles you'd like – Your available equipment (e.g., projector, computer) – Your operating system (many Steam games are Windows-only) – Payment method (cash, check, Venmo), if applicable
Things you (the event coordinator) need to know:
– The limits of the games: Only 3-4 people can be supported on the WiiU at a time. Jackbox games can have up to 8 participants (some with additional audience spots), and the number of players for the other games depend on which one is being played. – Board presence: At least one representative from the Autosave Board will be present for the event. If the event is open (i.e., broadly publicized), it may be advertised to Autosave members who may want to participate as well. – Cost: We want to share our games, but we are also using this as a way to raise funds for our club. Payment is highly suggested, but given satisfactory reasoning, it can be lowered or waived entirely. We understand that some orgs may not have the funds in their accounts or through their W&M applications, but please consider paying as much as you are able to for our services and our time!
Suggested donation levels:
– $10 for Steam games (e.g., Jackbox Party Packs) – $20 for console usage (e.g., WiiU) We accept payment via cash, check, and Venmo.
