Soon after we noticed the large population of stray cats on campus, cats became a regularly mentioned topic in the 200 level class. A few weekends ago, three of us ventured to Nanluoguxiang in search of a cat cafe our teacher told us about. The cafe was exactly what it sounds like, a cafe with cats. The cats all seemed well-adjusted to the company of the patrons and would sit quietly on tables and chairs while customers pet them or took photos. We ordered drinks and ice cream and consumed them in the company of adorable feline companions. Overall the experience was a hit, if you like cats you should definitely check out a cat cafe!
