The day incorporates the voices and experiences of students, faculty, staff, and alums. Sessions are designed by members of the community for the entire MHC community<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Kijua Sanders-McMurtry, Vice President of Equity and Inclusion, the purpose of the day is to \u201cfocus on belonging where we can and to learn from each other.
