For example, a travel herbarium created by an individual identified only by her initials, C.A.S., documents her trip to places like Greece, Italy, and Switzerland. Her handwritten excerpts of reminiscent poetry are paired with each specimen it was dedicated to. A typed version is included on opposite pages for easy reading.
