I loved the character interview, it added depth to my character and there were many details in my story that only existed because of the interview! I think it helped orient me as well and allowed me to think “Well she wouldn’t do that even though it would be convenient for the plot.” Essentially, it made her a person instead of just an object I move around to fit my story needs!
