Following the Galanese Invasion (First Slavery War), and the support of Baern through the Treaty of Qiasha, the remaining free citizens of the Nachaypal region, not under Galanese rule, found Hearqiasha in 770 CE, on Kadoll 11th. With the continued support of Baern, this is regionally acknowledged on 780 CE, Huas 12th.
