Flosa is a fort-turned-city. First established to guard the border during times of unrest, it quickly grew to be a trade hub for Baern as the pass it overlooked, the Otakai Pass, is one of the safest and quickest routes from the Western Lands to either the northern nations or the Plains Valley. As Innarea has begun to march on the pass, Baern has begun to supplement the old fort and planning the necessary evacuation of the citizens.
