This Chadavar city is one of the few that outsiders are allowed into. In large part, this has to do with Eshudiff being a port city on the Talbit Bay. In recent years, with the Second Slavery War though this city has also closed its access to outsiders and only allows ships bearing the Chadavar flag in after a thorough search first.
