Cerulis was one of the advisors to Dayton Xander before the fall of Galanese. She was the only one to survive the events of that night when Xander confronted Zytekin the Forever Cursed. Since the nation’s return, she has almost single handedly rebuilt the government and, while in theory Galanese remains a mix between aristocracy and monarchy, many within and without its borders whisper that in truth Cerulis is turning Galanese into a dictatorship.
