The Holy Followers of Vizrah represent the wild card of factions in Ishedore. Driven by the idea that chaos and, most especially, death is inevitable, they play both sides to encourage and promote the civil unrest that has been forming. While they are not directly opposed to the war, stying out of it allows for more control of the situation – after all war is not Vizrah’s domain.
