Northern Naval Alliance

Due to huge increases in piracy along their coastlines over the previous two decades, Fulnard Islands and Kasinthenel draw up and sign a treaty to hunt pirates on the 25th of Jove on 1161 CE, hoping to end the raiding. The alliance bolsters their defenses, making raiding less common, but pirates still prey on the northern coastlines to the present day.
