History
Founded a decade before Cheala by the elves who left Esclaith (the nation before Cheala), Kasinthenel has experienced a long time of peace, being protected by the San Mountains.
This peace has seen some hard times though. Kasinthenel had problems with the Fulnard pirates for two centuries until they turned to fishing. The nation has also many arguments with Strokec, though neither nations wants a war, so they’ve ended in terms every time. And Kasinthenel is friendly towards Morenth but this may just be due to a lack of contact between kingdoms. Kasinthenel in recent history (past hundred or so years) has been having Cinan pirates raid her coast and is the reason for the defense agreement between Kasinthenel and the Fulnards. Both nations aid in protecting against the Cinan pirates.
Recent years have seen increase tension between Kasinthenel, Strokec, and Morenth over land and air rights.
