This city, the capital of Wolntare, lies far in the northwest of the nation and has seen many, many historic events, particularly around the Wolntarians loosing and gaining their freedom. Despite its awkward location, near no major roads, not highly accessible by the rest of the nation, and near the border with two unfriendly neighbors, it was chosen as the last known and controlled location of the Wolntarian’s gathering spots. While much of the culture of the Wolntarians has been colonized or lost to history, the meaning associated to the location has never lost its power.
