Oprae is the only town located in the Inlet Islands, in the north of Talbit Bay. Unlike many others, more inland citizens of Hearqiasha, the halflings here are both highly accomplished swimmers and train as warriors. For this, those that hail from Oprae or the surrounding islands are often seen as strange to the other citizens of the nation. In times of great stress, such as war, these warriors from Oprae are a welcome sight.
