Models created during this session can be used to create custom molds for Session 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Session 2: <\/strong>Learn the physics and food chemistry behind tempering chocolate, then customize your chocolate with personalized shapes &amp; molds.
