A paper cast of a desk laid over a plexiglass frame. Embedded thread runs across the top and appears to pool through the surface of the paper to coil and collect within, just visible through the gaps of paper. It seems almost immaterial and fleeting.
The ghost like material of the paper is intended to reflect the etherealness of memories. More strongly still, the threads run and pool across the top of the piece before descending to coil on the table, like a collection of ideas, dreams, and memories.
