You deal 90 negative damage to the target and the target must attempt a Fortitude save. On a successful save the target takes half damage, on a failure the target takes full damage, and on a critical failure the target takes double damage. If the damage from Finger of Death reduces the target to 0 hit points, the target dies instantly.
