This has three effects, depending on the target\u2019s Will save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Disoriented.<\/strong> The creature has trouble moving effectively, making it Sluggish 3 and Hampered 10 feet.<\/li><li><strong>Disrupted Concentration.<\/strong> Due to the distraction, the target must succeed at a Flat DC 5 check each time it uses an action or reaction with the concentration tag. On a failed check, the action or reaction fails.<\/li><li><strong>Processing Senses.<\/strong> The reprocessing of the target\u2019s visual senses makes all creatures and objects Concealed from it.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On a successful save the target is affected for a round, on a failure the target is affected for a minute and on a critical failure the target is Stunned for a round and then affected for a minute.
