{"id":14619,"date":"2024-12-29T22:20:44","date_gmt":"2024-12-29T22:20:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/commons.mtholyoke.edu\/theforgesystem\/?page_id=14619"},"modified":"2024-12-29T22:20:44","modified_gmt":"2024-12-29T22:20:44","slug":"condition-persistent-damage","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/commons.mtholyoke.edu\/theforgesystem\/condition-persistent-damage\/","title":{"rendered":"Condition: Persistent Damage"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You continue to take passive damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Effects:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the start of your turn, you apply the effects of this condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of your turn, you gain a Free Action to make a Flat DC 20 roll to attempt to end this condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Situations:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the damage is a value, apply that value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the damage is a die roll, roll the dice anew each time it is applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If damage has the same tag, only apply the damage with the higher value or die.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ends:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On a successful Flat DC 20 check.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When healing increases your Hit Points.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On a successful Medicine check against a DC equal to 10 + the Proficiency Score of the creature which caused it or another relevant value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You continue to take passive damage.
