This applies to all rolls, saves, checks, and otherwise that include your Proficiency Score as a bonus. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You lose access to the most recent abilities you purchased with Trait Points.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upon restoration of your Proficiency Score, you regain access to these lost abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Enervated value cannot cause your Proficiency Score to become negative.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This condition does slowly heal over time, with the value decreasing by 1 each time you gain Hit Points from a Long Rest <strong>and<\/strong> a successful Fortitude save.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your essence is suppressed, lowering your Proficiency Score.
