On a successful save the target is inflicted with the Confused condition for a round, on a failure the target is inflicted with the Confused condition for a minute, and on a critical failure the target is inflicted with the Confused condition permanently. The effect of Warp Mind is instantaneous and therefore the spell itself cannot be dispelled, though it can be counteracted by Alter Reality, Miracle, Primal Phenomenon, Wish or the Confused condition can be removed through any effects that can counter the Confused condition.
