This energy can be used to cause or heal damage, depending on the type of energy channeled and the creatures targeted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you first take this trait, you must choose to either use it to cast the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/commons.mtholyoke.edu\/theforgesystem\/heal-1\/\">Heal<\/a>&nbsp;spell or the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/commons.mtholyoke.edu\/theforgesystem\/harm-1\/\">Harm<\/a>&nbsp;spell.
