You automatically gain proficiency with Natural weapons and those with the unarmed tag. Unlike proficiency with Natural weapons through the Weapon Proficiency Trait this trait grants extra benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your Unarmed Strike deals 1d8 lethal or nonlethal damage, at your choice. Additionally, you can Strike with fists, elbows, knees, and feet. This means that you can make a Fist Strike with your hands full.
