Eldritch Blast is on the Occult Spell List.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Heighten (+3):<\/strong> <a>For each of the listed Proficiency Scores (6, 12, 18) when half of the Score equals a Heighted Cantrip Spell Level (3, 6, 9), <\/a>add another bolt. These bolts can target the same creature or multiple creatures, with a minimum of one bolt per creature.
