Gwen Walsh was born & raised in upstate New York & is currently based in Western Massachusetts. She is attending Mount Holyoke College & is expecting to graduate in 2020 with a bachelor in studio art.
She creates mixed media sculptures, installations & performances with a focus on handmade paper. Much of her work is based around themes of labor, exploitation & sexuality, as well as contemporary interpretations of religious iconography.
