I have been wanting to try 北京烤鸭 for a while and finally had the chance to eat it!
The first time I had it, we went to a place near 王府井 The skin was light and crispy :3
You wrap the duck and add in various toppings inside and sauce (was yummy :3)
It was good in the soup and when wrapped!
Second time I went to a different place with another friend and the sauce tastes different from the last time.
When you go to Beijing, it is a MUST to try 北京烤鸭!
