5 College Student Policy
At Fimbel Maker and Innovation Lab, our goal is to assist as many students as possible with their projects, and encourage students to integrate methods of making into their academic and personal lives.
As we have limited resources and staffing, it is our policy to prioritize the use of the space for Mount Holyoke students (or those taking classes at Mount Holyoke College) and for Mount Holyoke faculty and staff. We will review requests from 5 college students and guests to use the space for academic projects on a case-by-case basis as we analyze demand. We currently do not have the resources to open up Fimbel Lab to personal projects for those outside the Mount Holyoke community.
We have weekly workshops with limited seats. Five college students are welcome to put their names on the waitlist, and if space allows, they will be let in the night of the workshop.
For any questions about this policy, please email fimbellab@mtholyoke.edu
