Non-traditional semiconductors
Non-traditional semiconductors New electronic materials will allow us to us to exceed the limitations of traditional silicon electronics, and to exploit new possibilities such as printability and flexibility.
Time-resolved transport measurements
Time-resolved transport measurements We developed a time-resolved surface potential (KPFM) technique to probe how charges are injected and extracted from thin films.
Magnetic nanostructures
Magnetic nanostructures Domain walls in ferromagnetic nanowires and nanorings have been proposed for data storage. We developed a technique to apply a local circular field to manipulate and study these domain walls.
Earlier work
Earlier work Bacterial biofilm formation plays a critical role in public health. The specifics of their early stage formation were studied using specialized AFM techniques.
