Welcome to our first recipe exchange sponsored by the
Mount Holyoke College Language Resource Center.
While we all come from different cities, states, and countries, one thing that we have in common is FOOD! The idea of this exchange is to learn more about the MHC community’s favorite recipes, dishes and traditions. All MHC students, staff, and faculty were invited to add to this exchange. We hope this recipe swap will encourage you to try different dishes from around the world and to connect with our language and cultural communities wherever you may be.
