While under this effect, they cannot make any Insight checks. Further, any suggestions, comments, or other information told to the imbiber while the extract is actively in effect can change the imbiber’s understanding or memories.
On a success, this extract lasts for 1d2+1 minutes and only minor facts, or old, insignificant memories can be permanently changed. On a failure, this extract lasts for 1d4+1 minutes and up to basic facts or common memories can be permanently changed. On a critical failure, this extract lasts 1d4+5 minutes and any fact or memory might be permanently changed through suggested information. This is a very rare item.
