Aging Penalties
At Middle Age, you take –1 to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution scores and a +1 to Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores.
At Old Age, you take –2 to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution scores and a +2 to Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores.
At Venerable Age, you take –4 to Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution scores and a +4 to Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores.
These are not cumulative penalties and bonuses. So changing from old age to venerable causes you to gain a –2 to the physical ability scores and a +2 to the mental ability scores.
