Condition: Persistent Damage

You continue to take passive damage.

Effects:

  • At the start of your turn, you apply the effects of this condition.
  • At the end of your turn, you gain a Free Action to make a Flat DC 20 roll to attempt to end this condition.

Situations:

  • If the damage is a value, apply that value.
  • If the damage is a die roll, roll the dice anew each time it is applied.
  • If damage has the same tag, only apply the damage with the higher value or die.

Ends:

  • On a successful Flat DC 20 check.
  • When healing increases your Hit Points.
  • On a successful Medicine check against a DC equal to 10 + the Proficiency Score of the creature which caused it or another relevant value.
