You are very tired.

Effects:

• You are inflicted with the Hampered 10 condition.
• You have disadvantage on saving throws.
• You have -1 penalty to AC.

Situations:

• If in Exploration Mode, you can only use the Stride action.
• If in Encounter Mode, each action beyond the first imposes another -1 penalty to AC for a round.

Ends:

• If you have a Long Rest.
• If an ability removes this condition.
