Attempt a Spell Attack against the target. On a success the target is Fatigued and on a critical success the target is Fatigued with no option to end the condition early. If the target has the option to end the condition early, they must spend three actions resting and then make a Fortitude save. On a successful save, the target is no longer Fatigued. Ray of Exhaustion is on the Arcane and Occult Spell Lists.
