You toss a bead of ice as your somatic action and a burst of ice spikes out on impact, dealing a number of d6s cold damage equal to half your Proficiency Score and inflict the Slowed condition. Creatures in the area must attempt a Reflex save. On a successful save the target takes half damage and is not Slowed, on a failure the target takes full damage and is Slowed 1, and on a critical failure the target takes double damage and is Slowed 2. Ice Cube is on the Arcane and Primal Spell Lists.

Heighten (+4): Using a Level 7 Spell Slot and higher, you can choose, when casting the spell, to have the ice cube explode any time within the next 5 rounds. A creature that picks the ice cube up can throw it but handling it within a round of its denotation has a 25% chance of the cube bursting when picked up.
