You create a sphere through which sound cannot pass. All creatures within the sphere can speak and hear normally but those outside the sphere cannot hear any noise from within the sphere. For the duration of the spell, you radiate this aura and creatures can move in and out of it unimpeded. Zone of Silence is on the Occult Spell List.
