You create a sturdy structure in the spell’s area made of material natural to the surrounding terrain. The structure has a single door, two shuttered windows, and a fireplace. All three types of access points have security with the door and windows having Alarm and Lock spells and the fireplace’s chimney having an Alarm spell and an iron grate. You choose whether each Alarm is audible or psychic as you cast the spell, and each has a different sound or sensation allowing you to instantly determine which portal has been used. The shelter also has an Unseen Servant spell that remains active for the duration of Secure Shelter. The shelter is treated as stone, whether it is made of stone, for the purpose of durability, resistance against fire, and resistance against weapons. Otherwise, the shelter is like any other non-magical building.
Within the shelter there are eight bunks, a table, eight stools, and a writing desk. Secure Shelter is on the Arcane Spell List.
