You sow chaos among your enemies. All creatures in the area become hostile to surrounding creatures, depending on their Will saves. On a success a creature drops one step towards hostile to all surrounding creatures, on a failure a creature has a 50% chance of attacking the nearest ally with their deadliest abilities each round for the duration of the spell, and on a critical failure a creature attacks the nearest allies for the duration of the spell. A creature that does not attack allies for that round can act as normal. A creature that does attack allies for a round, does not attack allies who have gained the Unconscious condition.
