- Casting Time: 3 actions; Material, Somatic, and Verbal
- Range: 600 feet
- Area: 300 feet long, 300 feet tall, and 50 feet wide
- Duration: up to 6 rounds (C)
- Save: Fortitude save
You create a wall of water which reaches 300 feet in length, 300 feet high, and 50 feet wide. The wall must have space to form otherwise the spell is lost. All creatures in the spell when you first cast it must make a Fortitude save or take a number of d10s bludgeoning damage equal to half your Proficiency Score. On a successful save a creature takes half damage, on a failure a creature takes full damage, and on a critical failure a creature takes double damage.
At the end of your turn, assuming you spent an action to maintain the spell, the wall moves 50 feet away from you. All creatures who start within the wall or whose spaces the wall moves through are dragged along and must make a Fortitude save or take bludgeoning damage. Each round the wall loses 50 feet of height and 1d10 of damage. Tsunami also deals this damage to structures, possibly destroying them. When the wall reaches 0 feet, the spell ends. If you stop concentrating on the spell before this, the water falls with extreme pressure. All creatures within the wall when you stop concentrating must make a Fortitude save or take a number of d10s bludgeoning damage per 50 feet. On a successful save a creature takes half damage, on a failure a creature takes full damage and gains the Prone condition, and on a critical failure a creature takes double damage and gains the Prone condition.
A creature in the Tsunami’s wall can attempt an Athletics check against your Spell DC to move. If successful, the creature treats the entire wall as difficult terrain for the round. Tsunami is on the Primal Spell List.
