- Duplicate any spell of Level 9 or lower from the Occult Spell List.
- Duplicate any spell of Level 7 or lower.
- Produce any effect whose power level is in line with the above effects.
At the GM’s discretion, you can try to produce greater effects, but this is dangerous, and the spell may have only a partial effect. Alter Reality is on the Occult Spell List.
