Combat Hold. As part of a Strike action once per round, Celaser can grab hold of an opponent and inflict the Grabbed condition on a successful attack.

Sneak Attack. The following is on any attack that has advantage or against any enemy Celaser is flanking with an ally.

  • Add 3d8 damage
  • Deal 3 Persistent Damage which bypasses Resistances; Flat DC 20 (does not stack on further attacks)
  • Deal 2 Ability Damage to Celaser’s choice of Str, Dex, or Con
  • Opponents cannot take reactions for a round

Actions

Fist. Melee Attack +23 (agile, finesse, free hand, magical, nonlethal, unarmed) 4d8+4 bludgeoning damage.

Guarded Stance. As an action, Celaser can enter his guarded stance and gain a +1 Dodge bonus to AC and become immune to critical hits. He can apply his Dodge bonus from Guarded Stance to Reflex saves as an Insight bonus.

Stand Up. As an action, Celaser can stand up from Prone without provoking attacks of opportunity. He can, alternatively, stand up as a free action which does provoke.

Style Strike. Once per round, for the listed actions, Celaser can use one of the following:

  • Flying Kick: as a single action to Strike a target, Celaser can move up to 30 feet next to the target before making the attack.
  • Hammerblow: as a double action, Celaser can make an attack with his fist and, if the attack hits, deal double damage.
  • Head-Butt: as a single action, Celaser can make an attack with his fist and, if the attack hits, the target must make a Fortitude save with a DC 33 or be Slowed 1 for a round.
  • Knockback Kick: as a single action, Celaser can make an attack with his fist and, if the attack hits, the target is pushed 10 feet away from Celaser.
  • Leg Sweep: as a single action, Celaser can make an attack with his fist and, if the attack hits, it inflicts the Prone condition to the target.
  • Spin Kick: as a single action, Celaser can make an attack with his fist and gain advantage on the attack roll.
  • Stunning Fist: 6 times per 24 hours, Celaser can make an attack with his fist and, if the attack hits, the target must make a Fortitude save with a DC 33 or gain one of the following conditions:
  • Blinded or Deafened for 24 hours
  • Fatigued
  • Paralyzed for 10 minutes
  • Sick 2 for a minute
  • Slowed 1 for a minute
  • Stunned for a round
