On a critical hit, the target takes double damage and is Enfeebled 1 for 1 round. However, a creature with the undead tag becomes Sluggish for 1 round instead of taking the damage. On a critical hit, it is Stunned for 1 round unless it succeeds at a Will save. Chill Touch is on the Arcane and Divine Spell Lists.
