Engulf. As a Double Action, a Cloaker can attempt to wrap around a creature it is adjacent to with a DC 18 Reflex Save. This does not provoke Attacks of Opportunity. On a failed save, the Cloaker gains advantage on Strikes against the target. It can only use its Bite on the target, no other creature, while using its Engulf.
Moan (30-foot aura). As a Double Action, a Cloaker can emit a moan. All living creatures within the aura must succeed on a DC 18 Will save or become inflicted with one of the following conditions: Sick 3 or Paralyzed for a round. A creature that successfully saves against a Cloaker’s Moan is Bolstered against that Cloaker’s Moan. Cloakers are immune to other cloakers use of Moan.
