These shackles have golden runes traced across their cold iron links. Any creature bound within them is treated as if under an indefinite Dimensional Anchor spell with no save as well as bound by Master Manacles. The DC to break or slip out of the shackles is 35. They fit any Small, Medium, or Large creature. To fit a smaller or larger creature, they must be specially made and increases the price to 5,500 silvers becoming a very rare item. A pair of dimensional shackles is a rare item.
