Double Debilitation

Prerequisite: Debilitating Injury (Special)

Whenever you inflict a debilitation against a target using Debilitating Injury, you can select two penalties to inflict, though you must have access to at least two debilitations from Debilitating Injury for this ability to work. The target can never be subject to more than two debilitations in this way at any given time. If any additional debilitations are inflicted, any previous debilitations immediately end. Any effect that heals damage to the target negates both of the debilitations.
