You send a message to your target’s dream. The message is one-way, up to a minute of speech or roughly 150 words. If the target is asleep, they receive the message instantly. If not, they receive it the next time they sleep. As soon as the creature receives it, the spell is dismissed, and you know the message was sent. Dream Message is on the Arcane, Divine, and Occult Spell Lists.
Heighten (+2): For each Spell Slot of the Heightened Spell Levels (5, 7, 9), you can increase the number of targets by 1. The message must be the same for all targets.
Level 5 or 6 Spell Slot. Increase the number of targets up to 2 creatures you have met in person.
Level 7 or 8 Spell Slot. Increase the number of targets up to 3 creatures you have met in person.
Level 9 Spell Slot ang higher. Increase the number of targets up to 4 creatures you have met in person.
