These drums are kettle drums with hemispheres about one and a half feet in diameter on stands. They come in pairs and are unremarkable in appearance. If both of the pair are sounded, all creatures within 120 feet and beyond outside of a 20-foot radius safe zone are affected as by a Fear spell with a DC 32 Will save. Drums of panic can be used once per 24 hours. Drums of panic are a rare item.
Crafting Requirements: You must supply a casting of Fear with a Level 5 Spell Slot.
