You create a nightmare conduit between your mind and the target, ensuring one of you becomes inflicted with the Confused condition depending on the target’s Will save. On a successful save you gain the Confused condition for a round, on a failure the target gains the Confused condition for 3 rounds and can make a new save at the end of each of its turn, and on a critical failure the target gains the Confused condition for a minute without possibility of ending the condition early.
