Once per 24 hours, you can absorb the energy from a single attack that deals damage of the same energy type you are resistant to with Energy Resistance. You take no damage from the attack and do not need to attempt a saving throw, if that saving throw is against the energy damage. Increase your temporary hit points by an amount equal to half the damage you would have taken (ignore Energy Resistance when making this calculation).
